Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Show Barn Life. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days, depending on the item. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
We offer free shipping within the United States. Your shipping dates will be displayed outside the US during checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Show Barn Life is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

Damages:
Show Barn Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do ship outside the USA.
