Every item in every order will have a tracking number. To ensure you receive this communication from us, please add our email address teresa@showbarnlife.com to your safe sender list. If you have not heard from us make sure you do a search of your spam folder, more than likely our email has ended up in there.
Multiple Shipments
It is important to note we work with various production partners. It is very likely if you order more than one item you will receive multiple shipments.
Return Policy
Please note that this is a custom-made order just for you from our print on demand facility. This item is not in stock, it will be produced for you after your order is confirmed. Since this item will be created just for you and, since there is a production cost involved on it, I cannot accept return, or exchange and/or offer a refund on this custom order so please measure yourself or the person you are buying for and compare it to the size chart located in the listing before ordering. If the product arrives with printing/manufacturing quality defects please take pictures of the printing issues and contact me for replacement instructions. I will replace it accordingly. Please contact me if there are any problems with your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Each product is lovingly created just for you! Then your items are sent off to our production partners, and the physical product is produced for you!

Special Notice * Due to COVID 19 any order placed may have production time delays without notice. I am doing my best to keep products updated if they are affected.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays. The first business day of your order is the first Monday - Friday following your order being placed. example. Order placed on Monday will begin processing Tuesday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will begin processing Monday.
