Return and Refunds
We do NOT accept returns unless the item is defective or misprinted.
Please note this is a custom-made order just for you from our print on demand facility. This item is not in stock, it will be produced for you after your order is confirmed. Since this item will be created just for you and, since there is a production cost involved on it, I cannot accept return, or exchange and/or offer a refund on this custom order. Please contact me if there are any problems with your order. Thank you for your understanding!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product arrives with printing/manufacturing quality defects please take pictures of the printing issues and contact me for replacement instructions. I will replace it accordingly once we see the photos.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
